Process customer returns and issue refunds quickly and accurately.

Processing a Return

1. Go to POS → Returns
2. Find the original sale
3. Select items to return
4. Enter return reason
5. Choose refund method
6. Complete return

Refund Methods

• Cash refund
• Card refund (to original card)
• Store credit
• Exchange for other products
