Process sales without internet connection
Offline POS
Offline checkout is available on eligible plans through the TallyhubGH desktop app (Tauri). The web dashboard requires connectivity.
How it works
- Product and price data cached locally while online
- Sales queue on device when offline
- Automatic sync when connection returns
Before going offline
- Sync catalog and open a POS session while online.
- Confirm your plan includes offline POS.
If sync fails after reconnecting, retry from the desktop app or contact support with your session ID.
