Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using TallyHub Gh, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Definitions
- Service: TallyHub Gh websites, dashboard, POS, APIs, and related tools.
- Customer / You: the business or person using the Service.
- Tenant: your workspace/account container in the platform.
- Content: all data, files, and records you submit or create in the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for actions performed by users invited to your tenant/workspace.
Service Use
- Use the platform only for lawful business operations.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the legality and quality of data submitted to the platform.
Acceptable Use Restrictions
- No scraping, abusive automation, exploit attempts, or credential sharing beyond your plan rights.
- No unlawful surveillance, phishing, malware, or abusive messaging through integrated channels.
- No attempts to bypass usage limits, billing controls, or security checks.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Paid services are billed according to your selected plan, billing cycle, and applicable add-ons. Payments and subscription events are processed through supported providers (including Paystack). Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once consumed or invoiced for active periods.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for recurring charges, taxes, and approved add-ons under your account.
Trials and Plan Changes
Trial eligibility and duration may vary by campaign, region, or account status. Plan changes, downgrades, upgrades, and renewals may take effect immediately or at period boundaries, depending on billing settings and platform behavior.
Availability and Changes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time, and may update limits/pricing with reasonable notice where required.
Data, Security, and Backups
We implement reasonable security controls, logging, and monitoring; however, no system is entirely risk-free. You should maintain your own operational exports/backups for critical records and comply with internal and regulatory obligations in your market.
Intellectual Property
TallyHub Gh and related branding, software, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us rights needed to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Third-Party Services
Integrations with external providers (for example payment processors, communication channels, cloud services) may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risks, payment failure, or unlawful use. Certain provisions (payments, liability limits, and legal protections) survive termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TallyHub Gh harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyHub Gh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data arising from your use of the service.
Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where TallyHub Gh operates for your contract. Where enforceable, disputes should first be raised through good-faith support escalation before formal legal proceedings.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and may be communicated through product notices or account email channels.
