Navigating your dashboard

Learn how to use the main dashboard effectively

Dashboard navigation

The left sidebar groups everything your team needs. Items appear based on role permissions.

Main

  • Dashboard — home overview with metrics and recent activity.

Point of Sale

  • New Sale — checkout at /pos.
  • Dispatch — fulfill warehouse or inter-location orders.
  • Returns — process POS returns and refunds.
  • Settlements — record payouts and reconcile Paystack collections.
  • Dispatch history — review past dispatches.
  • Reports — POS-specific reports.
  • Session — open, monitor, and close register sessions.

Operations

Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Product Catalog, Inventory, and Reports each expand into focused sub-pages (orders, invoices, stock levels, adjustments, analytics, and more).

Settings

Profile, team, organization, POS hardware/receipts, billing, security, tax & discount, and preferences.
