Adding your first products

Create and manage your product catalog

Add products to your catalog

Required details

  • Product name and SKU
  • Selling price (and cost if you track margins)
  • Category and optional brand
  • Opening stock per location

Add a single product

  1. Go to Product Catalog → Products.
  2. Click Add product.
  3. Fill in details, upload an image, and set stock for each location.
  4. Save — the product is available in POS and inventory reports.

Variants & pricing

Use Catalog → Variants for size, colour, or pack options. Use Catalog → Price Lists when you need location- or customer-specific pricing.
