Adding your first products
Create and manage your product catalog
Add products to your catalog
Required details
- Product name and SKU
- Selling price (and cost if you track margins)
- Category and optional brand
- Opening stock per location
Add a single product
- Go to Product Catalog → Products.
- Click Add product.
- Fill in details, upload an image, and set stock for each location.
- Save — the product is available in POS and inventory reports.
Variants & pricing
Use Catalog → Variants for size, colour, or pack options. Use Catalog → Price Lists when you need location- or customer-specific pricing.
