Inventory Reports Guide
Inventory reports help you understand your stock levels, movements, and performance. This guide explains the different types of reports available.
Stock Level Report
This report shows your current stock levels across all locations. Use it to:
- Identify low stock items
- Find overstocked products
- Plan reordering
Stock Movement Report
Track all stock movements including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Adjustments
- Transfers
Valuation Report
Understand the value of your inventory:
- Total inventory value
- Cost of goods sold
- Profit margins
Generating Reports
- Navigate to Reports → Inventory
- Select the report type
- Choose date range
- Apply filters (location, category, etc.)
- Export or view online
