Bulk Product Import
Save time by importing multiple products at once using a CSV file. This guide will walk you through the process.
Preparing Your CSV File
Before importing, ensure your CSV file includes the following columns:
- Name: Product name (required)
- SKU: Stock Keeping Unit (required)
- Price: Selling price
- Cost: Cost price
- Quantity: Initial stock quantity
- Category: Product category
- Description: Product description
Import Steps
- Navigate to Catalog → Products
- Click the "Import" button
- Download the sample CSV template
- Fill in your product data
- Upload your CSV file
- Review and confirm the import
Common Issues
If you encounter errors during import:
- Check that all required fields are filled
- Ensure SKUs are unique
- Verify price formats are correct
